Return and Warranty Policies

To ensure a simple, secure, and satisfying shopping experience, Sirge has decided to extend the right of withdrawal period from 14 to 30 days from the receipt of the goods, as detailed below.

1. Extended Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal allows consumers to return purchased products and obtain a refund, subject to the following conditions:

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• Send an explicit declaration via Registered Mail (R.R.) within 30 days of receiving the goods, including:
  • Invoice or order number.
  • Product codes (for partial withdrawal).
  • Bank account details for the refund or other agreed method.
  • The original receipt.
• Address the registered letter to:
  S.A.C. Rappresentanze s.a.s. - Via Einstein, 28 - 10051 Avigliana (TO), Italy.
• Optionally, anticipate the communication by email to info@elettrodomestici-sirge.it, confirming it via registered mail within 48 hours.

2. Withdrawal Conditions
The right of withdrawal is valid only under the following conditions:

• The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
• The original packaging must be protected by an additional outer package to avoid damage during transport.
• No labels or adhesive tapes should be applied directly to the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Sealed audiovisual products or software that have been opened.
• Customized or made-to-order products.

3. Shipping Costs and Responsibility

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• The shipping costs for the original delivery will not be refunded.
• The customer is responsible for the shipment until it is received at our warehouse. We recommend using insured shipping.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the agreed method within 14 days of receiving and verifying the integrity of the product.

• The refund amount will be calculated as follows:
  REFUND = PURCHASE TOTAL - SHIPPING COSTS.
• If the packaging or product shows damage or tampering, a percentage of the refund (up to 10%) will be withheld for restoration.

5. Returning Goods
After receiving return authorization from our Customer Service:

• Carefully pack the products to protect them during transport.
• Ship the package within 14 days of the withdrawal notice to:

6. Product Warranty
Products purchased on elettrodomestici-sirge.it are covered by a 24-month warranty in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2002. The warranty covers conformity defects and excludes damages resulting from improper use or tampering.
