Warranty Conditions

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions not due to improper use of the product. In case of problems, the customer can contact our official assistance center to obtain repairs or replacements within the expected terms. Each warranty request will be evaluated by our technicians to ensure a quick and effective solution.

  • To benefit from the warranty, you must present the receipt or purchase invoice.

  • Unofficial emails, digital receipts or third-party documentation are not considered valid.
