1. Delivery areas
We ship to Europe. For shipments to specific or international locations, please contact us in advance at ordini@elettrodomestici-sirge.it.
2. Shipping Times
- Order Processing Times: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Estimated Delivery Times:
- Italy (peninsula): 2-4 business days.
- Major Islands: 3-5 business days.
- Europe: 4-6 business days.
During peak seasons or promotions, delivery times may be slightly delayed.
3. Shipping costs
- Surcharges: For shipments to remote or difficult locations, an additional cost may apply.
4. Logistics partners
We work with reliable couriers such as [Poste Delivery Business, SDA, Bartolini, BRT, DHL, DPD] to ensure fast and safe delivery. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the status of your order.
5. Changes to the delivery address
You can change the delivery address until the order has been shipped. Contact us promptly at assistenza@elettrodomestici-sirge.it or at +39.351.36.42.266.
6. Undelivered packages
In case of failed delivery due to the recipient's absence or incorrect address:
- The courier will make up to two delivery attempts.
- After the second attempt, the package will be held at the courier's warehouse for 5 working days, awaiting instructions. Any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Damage or anomalies upon delivery
We invite customers to check the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of obvious damage:
- Accept the package with subject to inspection, specifying the reason (e.g. "damaged packaging").
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos and a description of the damage to assistenza@elettrodomestici-sirge.it.
